This Privacy Policy explains how we access, use, store, and share your data when you use the Munsi G mobile app and desktop application in conjunction with Google Sheets and Google Drive. By using our app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Using Google Sheets For Storing Transactions

To provide the functionality of storing transaction data in Google Sheets and allow the shop owner to view the transactions, Munsi G requires access to your Google account, specifically the Google Drive and Google Sheets APIs. The app will request the following permissions:

• Google Sheets API: To access only app created sheet and store transaction data in a spreadsheet.

• Google Drive API: To create the spreadsheet in the drive save and retrieve spreadsheets created by the app from your Google Drive.

We only access the necessary data related to the transactions and the corresponding Google Sheet created by MunsiG Application and you have authorized. We do not access any personal data beyond the scope necessary for the app's functionality.

• Uses

The data we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Storing Transaction Data: The desktop application records and stores point-of-sale (POS) transactions into a Google Sheet within your Google Drive.

• Displaying Transaction Data: The Munsi G mobile app allows you to log in with the same Google account and access the transactions stored in the Google Sheets, providing an easy way for shop owners to view and manage the transaction history.

• Improvement of Service: We may use anonymized data for improving the functionality and performance of our app.

We will not use your data for any purpose other than the ones outlined in this Privacy Policy.

• Stores

The transaction data is securely stored in Google Sheets on your Google Drive. All data is under your control, and we do not store any transaction information on our own servers. The data is stored as long as you retain access to the Google Sheet in your Google Drive.

• Shares

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. Specifically:

• No Third-Party Data Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your transaction data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

• Google Services: Your data is processed via Google’s servers (as part of Google Sheets and Google Drive) and subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

We ensure that all data is kept within the ecosystem of your Google account and remains under your control.

• Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data. All data transmissions to and from Google Sheets and Google Drive are encrypted. However, you should be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

• Your Control Over Data

As a user, you have full control over your data:

• Access and Review: You can review all your transaction data at any time by accessing the Google Sheet stored in your Google Drive.

• Deletion: You can delete any transaction data by removing the respective Google Sheet from your Google Drive at any time.

• Revoking Access: You can revoke the app's access to your Google account by visiting your Google account settings and managing app permissions.

• Display your transactions: Allow you to view your transaction history via the Android app linked to the same Google account.
